By accessing and using PRISM (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions.

You may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in the Service
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notations
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

3. User Accounts

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
• To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
• To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
• To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
• To submit false or misleading information
• To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code

7. Service Availability & Maintenance

We strive to maintain high system availability and uptime. However, PRISM does not guarantee uninterrupted, 100% continuous access to the Service.

We reserve the right to initiate scheduled or emergency maintenance at any time to perform system upgrades, security patches, or infrastructure improvements. During maintenance windows:

• Access to the website, AI video generation, course creation, or platform features may be temporarily suspended or redirected to a maintenance notice page.
• We will make reasonable efforts to minimize disruption and restore full operations promptly.
• PRISM shall not be liable for any temporary downtime, delayed access, or operational inconvenience resulting from necessary platform maintenance.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall PRISM or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Service.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
